Use any standard 1.8cc anesthetic cartridge. For best results anesthetic solution should contain a vasoconstrictor of 1:100,000 or 1:50, 000

• Free plunger rod by rotating 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
• Fully retract plunger rod.
• Place plunger end of cartridge under shield at the back of cartridge well. Avoid Hitting Needle At Front End Of Cartridge Well.
• With cartridge flat in well, Push cartridge forward so needle punctures diaphragm.
• Holding cartridge in place with thumb, advance plunger rod until lock pin enters slot and rotate 1/4 turn clockwise to lock.

Important Note:

Prior to initial use and at a minimum interval of one time per week thereafter, your SyriJet should be primed by firing an entire cartridge of sterile water at full volume setting -- .20cc.
